Louis was just the best! This is someone who was truly my advocate throughout the entire process. He anticipated pitfalls and navigated to avoid them before they were problematic. He made me aware of small details in the home buying process that can have consequences down the road. Louis listened to my wants and needs and worked hard to only show me property that was relevant and desirable which saved me a lot of time. Best Realtor in Georgia in my honest opinion! First the selling of our home: -Priced right -Amazing photography -Took care of everything -Held open houses which resulted a buyer -I believe it was only 28 days until we went under contract -Fun and full of enthusiasm but worked hard to get the job done – First Realtor we’ve ever had that actually answers the phone or returned our calls promptly -Full service and well connected in the community Buying our new home: We are picky and had some issues that came up so in total it took us 8 months to find the right house. Rhonda took us to dozens of homes and regularly sent us personalized suggestions. Not an auto email alert (although we had that too) but homes she vetted and thought we would like. The whole time we were looking for our house it was as if we were her only client obviously that was not the case but her availability and communication effort made it seem that way. When we finally found our home Rhonda worked tirelessly to ensure the details of the contract protected us from things we didn’t even realize could come up.
