Getting that Perfect Home.
Did you know that some of the best properties never even hit the public market when they sell?
Here’s the scenario… You’re looking for your perfect home and you search online scouring through locations, images, school districts, criteria of the home and with your purchasing power you have in your budget. You call about the home or have your realtor schedule an appointment for you to go and tour it in the time frame you have with your work schedule. You get to the home you have selected only to find out it is already in a bidding war or under contract.
The frustration is real and buyer fatigue sets in.
You know your perfect home is out there but most of the homes that fit your criteria sell off market before you can see them.
This is where we come in and find your home that nobody else knows about.
You tell us what your criteria are including:
- Location
- School District
- Layout of the Home and the Land (This includes how many bedrooms and bathrooms you desire, if you need a bedroom on the main level, basement, and backyard features.)
- Neighborhood
- Price Point
We take your criteria and hunt down the home before it hits the market.
